First Birthday

Sarvesh completes one year .. Wow i m so happy to celebrate his first birthday. We have planned everything before a month itself. The most difficult was to select a nice dress for that cute fellow.

where to go? what to buy? we (a group of ten people) are analysed where to buy his birthday dress. Finally we decided to go for STYLE ONE velacherry.

So we went on Feb 6th to Style One, a nice 4 floor stylish shop in velachery. I so interested to get him a different dress. But unfortunately, i got a normal dress which all kids use to wear.

Style one didnt disappoint us. They have lots of collection for kids. It was 3rd floor for kids. So i went up and took all possible new collection dresses. I nearly selected 5- 6 pairs for him and finally i selected one gold color sharwani.

My husband and our friends came to see all my selection. But they decided to get that Gold color Sharwani. It was Ok for me .. But i need something different. For Boys, it is always a jean , t-shirt, short pant and shirts are available. Finally we tried that Sharwani, Sarvesh looks very smart in that. Everyone opts for that.

so b'day dress is ready, where to celebrate??

I was decided to celebrate his first birthday in a nice resturant. But my husband wants it very simple. Anyways we have analysed a 4- 5 nice resturant in chennai and decided to celebrate in Flamingo resturant Velacherry.

It was a very nice resturant. One of our close friend Jagadeesh, suggested that resturant to us.

So we decided to go for it. We planned for cake-cutting, followed by dinner and photo session.

So b'day hall is ready. what about Cake???

My husband analyses lot of b'day cake design, finally he decided to get a three stories big germany forest cake for his B'day ..

On feb 28th 2010, Sarvesh was beautifully dressed in Sharwani, lite touch up, hari in his usual dressing and me in green saree and jewels, celebrated his b'day in Flamingo.

Almost 50 people attended his b'day, he was in full of joy, playing with toys and ballons. He is interested to eat sweets, cakes etc etc
